Otherwise, if all else is normal, patience is about all we can do as the plant will adjust and begin to produce.

There is a problem, in the place where I live temps always go above 75 during the day except when it rains. It never fails to hit 76 if there was no rain

Yet I still see tomatoes and fruiting all over locally. I just don't quite get why mine isn't doing well.

75 in the daytime isn't the problem. Check the FAQ again as it is easy to misunderstand. ;) The problems arise when the night temps are above 75 and the days temps are above 90-95.

And the temps are only one contributor - excessive nitrogen fertilizer is another common one as is high winds, high humidity, too small a container, too much or too little water, pests, etc. So while other gardens may be setting fruit perhaps they are using less fertilizers or wind breaks, etc? It all boils down to a stressed plant - if it is stressed it won't set fruit. Instead it uses its energy to stay alive rather than produce. So you need to ID the cause of the stress and eliminate it.

Variety can also play a small roll depending on if it is an early, mid or late season variety.

If you do a search of this forum for "blossom-drop" you will find hundreds of discussions about it with many tips, causes, and suggestions for resolving the problem. But as I also said above, with patience, the plant will almost always adapt to its conditions and begin producing.
