Summit undercounter freezer

Hi all,
I know there's been lots of discussion of undercounter freezers/drawers, and much unhappiness with Summit. I'm hoping to hear from someone who's had personal experience with the Summit indoor/outdoor undercounter freezer. Here's a link to it on the AJ Madison web site. http://www.ajmadison.com/cgi-bin/ajmadison/SCFF51OSXSSHH.html.

Any viable alternatives? Thank you!!!!
