My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Co-op board meetings

Regarding the monthly Co-op board meeting (not the annual shareholder meeting), does the board have to allow shareholders to be present if they want to? Our board allows it but then saves many items for its executive session which it does not allow shareholders to remain for. Is there a rule as to what they are allowed to call executive session topics?
