Is it one that goes over two burners??? I thought you couldn't use anything bigger than 1 inch larger than the burner.

Here's a cast iron griddle that fits over two burners and is advertised as induction ready. Not sure how well it works.

Here is a link that might be useful: http://www.amazon.com/Fagor-Induction-Ready-Cast-Aluminum-Griddle/dp/B001AEXCUU

Bigger is not a problem. Just recognize that the area heated will be smaller than the size of the bottom of the pot.

Maybe someone can clarify this but I was told that you should not use any pot or pan that is more than one inch larger because there is a risk that you could burn out the burner. Can't remember if it was a salesman or someone at Wolf.

That Fagor griddle is the one I was looking at. Underneath the surface are two round disks, one on each end that would sit on the induction elements. I'm kind of curious how well it works myself.

I'll have to check into the Fagor griddle
thanks
