LVT Under Cabinets and Appliances

I have read and heard lots of contradicting opinions (mostly from armatures) on whether to install LVT flooring under cabinets and appliances. Can anyone point me to some professional opinions on this.


Specifically, I'm tyring to determine whether to install this under or over 1)cabinets 2) appliances 3) toilets
