Is anyone else having problems with their Kitchen Aid ice makers??

It's possible that you have some frozen water clogging a line. There was a post about that a few days ago if you do a search. The ice maker in my 6 year old KA fridge has been working fine, but my old Whirlpool would occasionally freeze up. By the way, for all brands of fridges, ice makers are the one component that are most likely to fail in one way or another.

It really depends on the design of your ice maker and if freezing is in fact the problem. If you're handy, you could check around for the frozen line, possibly partially disassembling the ice maker. The person in the attached thread used a hair dryer to unfreeze things. Otherwise, a service call might be your best bet.
