Are the holes clogged near the ignitor? I have never needed service, so I'm no help, but you might call B.S. or the distributor in your area (I think this is also found somewhere on the B.S. website). I called my distributor once (Golden Gate) and they were very helpful.

try to switch two of the igniters to see where exactly the problem lies. if problem follows the igniter then you know that is the problem, if problem persists with that burner then you may have a little bigger problem.

I am happy to report that I was able to buy a new module. Installed it in 15 min and no more ignitor problems.
Keeping my fingers crossed that this module is better built than the previous one.

I have to say that the cooktop is a great performer. The manufacturer just needs to improve QC (and not use customers to be their quality control engineers) and then I would recommend this appliance to ALL.
