rectangle wall tile?pix?

I am at the beginning of looking for tile for our masterbathroom re-do as well as the upstairs hall bath (which is a full bath, combined shower/tub and is generally used by children). Usually things take me forever to decide on (which sometimes can rally get out of hand) and I am trying to not let that be the case this time. There are so many lovely tiles and I seem to gravitate towards similar ones so I think I am ok there amazingly.

I found a tile I like a lot, which is very affordable.

Yay. Actually a few. One of my main contenders is a guadlupe beige.

There is a 13x13 tile for flooring-yay- and the other is either 8x10or 10x15?for the wall.

At the showroom they had lots of examples, but all the examples had the rectangles vertically. I didn't care for that so much and think I would prefer horizontal for the shower and other walls.

Is there any reason for them to be vertical? Do more people prefer that? Is it visually more symetrical or something like that? Anyone used them horizontally that can post a picture?

The gallery has so few photos and most that I see are 6x6 which I do like but am trying to visualize these larger rectangles.

Linking a picture of what I think is the tile... no affiliation with the site.

Thank you!
