Compliments to the Artist & Designer, how can I get this exact look please?

I have been researching a theme for many weeks...when I found this! I LOVE IT! Compliments to the artist!!
Question:
What is the paint color used? Which faux style of finish? Do you remember anything at all that will help me complete this look?
Please call me; I am willing to pay for the tips. Please!!! My renovations are complete; I was supposed to tell my Contractor yesterday what color I chose. CAN U PLZ HELP ASAP?
