If you like the Kohler Stately design, but the 31" model is too large, they also make the Stately design in a smaller 24" pedestal.

Thanks.....what I'm trying to figure out is how do you know what's the best size? Pricklypearcactus, did you think your 26" looked fine in your small bathroom, or would you have prefered a 30". I'm not changing the location of the sink or the toilet, so I', going to assume everything is up to code (I'm the original owner).

I'd prefer going with the bigger pedestal, just trying to figure out if its going to look too big in my relatively small powder room. Anyone have any guidelines to use?

I really like my 26" Toto sink. The proportions look just right. It's just a powder room, so I don't have anything behind a soap dispenser. But the edges are quite generous, so if it was in a more used bathroom, other products could fit on the edge. In my bathroom, I think a 30" would be too large. A 24" would have looked good as well. I just measured and my bathroom is 4.5'x6' (the fixtures along the smaller wall).

This is a memoirs toilet and 24" sink on a 5'2" wall. I'd probably do the 30" on. 6' wall.

Pps7, thanks so much for posting the pic! It really helps me see what the look would be. It would be on the 6' wall, and since the vanity that's there now is 30", I'm thinking a 30" would work. Love your bathroom and wall color.

To clarify the first comment. Code requires a minimum of 15" from the centerline of the bowl to any wall, fixture or appurtenance on either side.
