Please post a floor plan noting correct size and placement of windows and doors. It makes a huge difference as to what can be accomplished. Also, is this home on a crawl space or concrete slab?

Yes, floor plan is most useful and you might get someone to lay it out for you.

I will see if I can find a floor print of the area. It is basically a blank area 14.5 w x 16d on front right corner of home with master bedroom occupying right rear corner. Only fixed constraint is (2) 3.0 windows on the front spaced approx two ft from the corner, 4 ft spacing between windows, and then 2 ft to interior wall. Would prefer only one door entering this area from bedroom on the 14.5w wall parallel the front wall. Far right side is exterior wall and left wall is interior wall. This area is over basement.
It's a blank canvas for any suggestions with one entry door and 2 windows that can't be moved. I'm open to any suggestions.

Door can be placed anywhere along the 14.5w wall between bedroom and bath/closet area.

I drew this plan. I put the windows 2 ft 3 in. from each corner so it adds up to 14 ft 6 in. We need to know what are your requirements in terms of the minimum length for your vanity and the minimum squared ft for your shower? Do you want a separate toilet area? What is the minimum linear ft in your closet?

Since you want only one door, does it matter if you enter in the closet first or bathroom first?
