IKEA appliances

Does anyone have any experience with IKEA appliances? specifically dishwashers? I am very picky about all my other appliances, I've bought a Fratelli Range, and am planning on a Samsung Fridge, but paying a lot for a dishwasher doesn't excite me, it just needs to be stainless steel and clean my dishes (which my current whirlpool doesn't seem capable of doing. . . ). There is a $150 difference between the IKEA and the bottom of the line Bosch. . . what are your thoughts.

Many Ikea large kitchen appliances sold in America are sourced from Whirlpool USA or Whirlpool Italy. Sorry I can't provide any real world input beyond that.

Try asking at Ikeafans.com - they have a forum on the appliances, and someone will have some input. It's a great site that most of us here, who have some Ikea kitchen stuff (cabinets mostly) have used.

Ikea says all their appliances are made by Whirlpool.

well I did post over at IKEAfans, interestingly no one seems to have much to say, someone must be buying them or Ikea wouldn't keep selling them right? I'm leaning towards the Bosch.
