I'm not the person you're looking for, sorry, but we did build a Mascord home. Ours is linked below, but we made several rather significant changes to it and ended up with about 3000 sq ft. We floored over our open living room and put a family room upstairs, for one thing.

Did you build in the NW? Mascord seems to be more popular in OR than where we are in WA, but I just LOVE their plans. I checked out your plan and I think your revision to a upstairs family room is a great idea. Congratulations on your new home!

We are building a variation of the The Brackenbury. (waving to sarahmakes6 because ours is a variation of yours and I remember your beautiful pictures and bright colors). We are just finishing up the rough ins, so I'm sorry I don't have better pictures to share, but if it is at all helpful, you can see things in progress on our house blog.

I too am a huge fan of Mascords designs and we couldn't be happier with the way things are coming to life. We are in the midwest, so our house seems to be a little different than our neighbors, but we love it.

Best of luck! The Pineville is a very nice plan. I remember looking at it when we were still searching for plans.

We took a Mascord plan that our builder showed us and made some major changes. I could never find the original online since it didn't have a name but they took our changes and renamed it The Lyndale

The gal in the office said it was a play off my name, or maybe she was just humoring me...LOL

I like all the columns and arches that many Mascord plans have.

Lindybarts- Wow! I can't believe I also haven't seen your album. What fun to watch your slideshow. You did a great job and I love, love your outdoor BBQ and fireplace (plus a million other details!)
We also looked extensively at Mascord, but couldn't find the right one with the master downstairs...love their plans though.
