Fan with Humidity Sensor vs. Timer?

The link below is to the Nutone exhaust fan model that turns on automatically when the humidity spikes, and off again when it's back to normal. Gone are the days of the fan running all day because the kids forgot to turn it off.

For those of you with fans on timers, how have you set them up? Does the system work for you?

This unit has 110 cfm and 6'' ducting, which is more than my small bathroom needs. I'm looking for 80 cfm with a light that can be installed with a GFCI right in the tub enclosure.

Panasonic has a model that would do everything with the addition of a timer.
