The Last Supper

I found DM tablecloth and just had to share it. When I was growing up we had a Large Wall Hanging with The Last Supper that hung in the DR. I had forgotten about her tablecloth until I ran across it with some of her doilies. Hope you like it. I'm just thrilled I have it.

I am very concerned about Jane and Betty and said a prayer for them tonight. I hope all of you will do the same and they will be back with all of us here soon. If there are others who need our prayers, lets mention them and see what happens. Prayers Go Up and Blessings Come Down...

This is the center of the tablecloth.

This image is on all four corners and the centers hanging over the edge.

How pretty & springy, could pass for an Easter table very easily. I'm partial to violets, they are so delicate & those dishes are just beautiful. What is your address, I'll be over in the middle of the nite to steal them!!!!

Wonderful tablecloth and great that you found it, it's a treasure for sure.

I wasn't aware there was anyone here needing prayers, thanks for mentioning it.

Hope they are all doing well or whomever in their families need the prayers.

What a treasure, as Yacht said. Beautiful tablecloth.
Of course your setting is definitely singing my song with those colors.

I keep hoping we'll hear from Jane and Betty soon. I hold them close in my prayers.

When any of our family here goes 'missing', its a bit of a worry.
    hugs, Karen

Beautiful table. Love your sweet dishes, & the crystal just sparkles. Very nice!

Hope all is well with your friends.

Absolutely beautiful table(bet your Mom is smiling big time) and a very fitting tribute to our buddies. I have been praying for them and hope that they will be back among us soon! They are very missed!
Thank you so much for posting this wonderful thread!

How nice to see an Easter table that doesn't have eggs and bunnies as the main theme. (Mine always do!)

Of course, the tablecloth is wonderful. I love the vase as well. I really don't have many vases and as a result I'm always having to make one work, whether it's too tall or too short or too something else.

Absolutly beautiful and what a special treasure of your DMs.
The flowers are fabulous (you know they are my weakness) , and I loooove the plates.
Prayers to the two absent ladies as well!!

    Milosmom,
Love your dishes with the purple flowers. Your centerpiece co-ordinates perfectly with it.

Punk, glad you have the tablecloth - that's a nice family heirloom. Love the colors of your table - the dishes are wonderful, the placemats and flowers great 'supporting players'. Everything is very pretty. TFS

Sending prayers for Jane and Betty.

Family things are so nice and your tablecloth is beautiful. The whole table is lovely, I really like the color combo. The violet dishes are great too. I don't have much purple, but this past weekend I bought a Lefton hand painted violet plate at a GS and I don't know what exactly what I will do with it yet.

Lovely tablecloth and with special memories attached. It's so pretty that I bet it is sort of hard to cover up the middle isn't it? Those pretty dishes just say "Spring", and I like your little salt cellars too. Everything looks really nice, Punk.

I really miss Jane and Betty too, hope they will be back with us soon.

Yachter, I live at 45678 El Decos Costo Plenti. Better come during the day while I'm at work. I tend to spend nights up here with my on line friends.LOL

Karen, the tablecloth is a true treasure.

SG, you love the sparkle of the crystal too. I'm sure that's why I've collected so much through the years. Love it when it's clean and the sun shines in.

J, hope your right, and DM is loving seeing her tablecloth being enjoyed by others.

OA, this isn't my Easter table, just a spring setting but I think your right, it could be used for Easter.

Milosmom, I'm not surprised you noticed the flowers!

Mo, I'm happy to hear that you like the dishes with the centerpiece. I've learned alot here from all of you pros.

Lg, the placemats and napkins are a new find from Ross this year. Thanks to everyone here, I'm using flowers with checks and loving all the neat ideas.

Syble, I would love to see your plate. I've had alot of fun with dishes from the kids. I'm starting to get a better selection so it's fun to try new combos.

Luvs, it was hard to cover up some of the center but as you can see, I didn't cover the whole center. I used the salt cellars to make my placemats lay flat. Didn't want to iron them.LOL

Thanks so much everyone for all your sweet comments on my table. It's so nice to come here and laugh with all of you after a day at the office.

The best part tonight, the Prayers we shared, for our friends, Jane and Betty who are missed sooooo much by all of us here.

punk...I don't see my post on here from earlier today...so must be in cyberspace! (or else I didn't hit "submit message"..."who me? couldn't be!") LOL!

Anyway, your DM's t'cloth is so lovely & looks perfect with this t'scape! Love the dishes (again)...so Spring-y! And your flowers are always os pretty...the lily ones around the candlesticks look great & also your vase flowers. TFS! You get so much done! Jeanne S.

That is lovely..Is the tablecloth made by Quaker Lace? It looks familiar to me. A perfect Easter table.

I have heard from Jane. She is having some family health issues, please continue the prayers for her.

Hey Jeanne, it's ok, I have had this happen to me too. You and I forget to hit "submit message"... are you kidding.LOL I forgot to add food coloring to the vase with the floweres.haha

Maybe I can add pink to my Easter table. I bought the ones around the candle sticks to add to my plates for my Easter table but then used one for my bunny on the plate so decided to use two of the others for this table.

Kathleen, I'm not sure who this table cloth is made by but you could be right as I went and looked and didn't see the maker, only washing instructions on it.

Thanks, I haven't heard from Jane since last month so have been keeping her in my prayers.
