I had planned to put 2 kallista sinks in my masterbath remodel,but couldn't find them online at a "reasonable" price, so went with Kohler(who i believe makes Kallista).

Yes, Kohler makes Kallista. I am not sure it's worth the mark-up from Kohler. But if you fall in love with a certain Kallista style, that you haven't seen in another manufacturer, it may be worth it to you for the aesthetics.

Hi there. I used a Kallista toilet and a very small and pretty Kallista corner pedestal in my previous powder room. I just moved and installed another small Kallista pedestal in my current powder room. I also used Kallista faucets in my previous master bathroom. I would and just did buy another pedestal sink because I liked the look and nobody else had the look I wanted in the right size. The quality of the faucets and fixtures are great, but I agree with Shannonplus2 that it is only worth the extra $$$$ if you can not find the same style with another manufacturer. Hope this helps.

I've fallen in love with this Kallista sink. I have not priced it yet, though, and I suspect that I will not be happy with what I find. I've also read that it is not possible to use faucets from another company with these sinks. Does anyone know about this?

Actually, I found the sink reasonably priced (~$515) on homeannex.com, and I called Kallista and was told that there should be no problem using faucets from other companies.

I was just in a house that had the Kallista Tuxedo pedestal sink and the faucet was the same Kohler one I have ( cross handles that are somewhat retro) Im guessing it was Kohler unless Kallista makes one similar?

Yes I have one . Quality not the best it works for what we need. no alcoves available had yo use drop in.
