Love your toile dishes--and the fact that you have curtains and pillows to go with it! My most favorite thing is your cute little teapot napkin rings! Are those black and white pillows with dog prints? Looks pretty cute! Luvs

Yes Luvs, I have accumulated a few dog fabric items. That pillow came from resale. It was a needle point that I made into a cusion. All of the fabrics are repeated in a window treatment that I will have to take a pic of in the future.

I argued that the silver teapot rings needed to be polished but said, "No one will even notice them". LOL

The flatware is Royal Albert. THe charger plates (I'm not even sure that is what they are) came from a yard sale last week. susie

I really like the black and white toile dishes, very pretty.
Can't believe you have 'matching' curtains, pillows, and even CANDLES. Wow.

And those unusual chargers are neat!

Absolutely gorgeous! Pretty please, could I bother you and ask you to take a close up of your bench with the toile and all the lovely pillows? I love, love, love that black and white dinnerware! What a beautiful table you set.

Thank you bonnie and all. I will post the sorry pics that my camera would spit out into my computer (not totally downloading all pics.)

The bench and pillows with the matching window dressing.

I used a bit of wallpaper to make the bench fit in. It use to be an old redwood bench from the garden. I made the seat cusion. All of my materials were scraps from resale or clearance.

The chandi was found in my attic when we moved in. I painted it black, added shades and crystals. I put the modern chandi fixture that was there into my laundry room. I love to see chandi fixtures in the laundry room, mud room, and walk-in pantry closets, ect.

    Beautiful area!

Lovely area, this sure shows how creative you are SusieRose. I imagine you did that nice cornice board yourself too, didn't you? I'm green with envy--great job! Luvs

Lovely pics! I am even starting to admire toile with the way you have everything coordinated in the black/white (not usually a fan) - you sure are creative and thrifty, a great combination! Your teapot napkin rings are so unique and cute. Also, like what you did with your chandi - love crystals!

Susie, I really like your bench there. It has a great cozy feel to it. You must be a great sewer to have made that cornice board. I love it and am admiring how well you've used your different fabrics. Great job!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! It's simply stunning...the combination of fabrics add a punch of color to the classic black/white toile. I never get tired of toile and have it in 3 rooms. You've done an outstanding job! One of my all time favs here......

You are very talented! I buy the fabric and THINK about making something! Great job..I love toile..

What a beautiful room, I know you showcased your table, which is very pretty too, but I love that bench. Would never have thought it was a redwood that you made over.

I see you are a yard sale lady too, it's just so much fun finding the treasures at them.

I cannot sew, well I can sew on a button, but look what you did with the valance, the bench etc. I'm very impressed.

just came in and caught up with everyone on this...
LOVE it ALL!! You are my kind of gal!!. Being a sewer myself, I'm admiring all of your creations. I'm also a toile freak, and I simply love your B&W. All your prints on your bench compliment each other so well, and I like how you mixed in the red accent color to make it all pop.
I especially love your dog print. You've made such a warm and inviting area there. I would love to drink a cup of tea, and snuggle up with a magazine or just read my mail!
    TFS...I really enjoyed everything.
