As my 8 year old says, you rock mom. Well, I just wanted to give credit to American Range. I was having an oven gas smell. I contacted Chris Thompson from American Range. He had e-mailed me earlier with his contact information, when I had question on the burn off. I contacted him in the wee hours of Friday. I received a phone call and e-mail from him on Friday. He referred me to a American Range in the west coast. They called me within 2 hours and set-up an appointment for me on Monday with a tech in the Seattle area.

The service tech. showed up Monday morning and fixed the problem and checked out my gas range.

That is what I call great Customer Service. Thank You, American Range. I know that I made the right decision in choosing your Range.
