Structural styrofoam / stucco walls?

I'm planning on having a privacy wall built along one boundary of my property (approx. 100') and was planning on going with a 6' block wall. Someone suggested I consider a styrofoam wall covered with stucco which would give me a similar look for about 20% less money. I've seen it used in commercial situations, and only realized it was foam was because a car had hit it. Has anyone had experience with one of these? The contractor that builds them claims they are superior to block in many ways.

I've seen this kind of wall built with 12" thick expanded polystyrene foam rather than extruded polystyrene foam (Styrofoam) with joints glued together and with vertical holes for rebar and grout also at the joints. I suspect Styrofoam would be much more expensive.

Our last home had an acrylic stucco over styrofoam exterior, no personal experience about it on fencing. Although, I have seen it. We liked it as you could choose several textures and any paint color on a paint deck, instead of the limited options of regular stucco and it was extremely easy to repair.
