I have one and my friend has one. She used hers yesterday and loved it. Haven't used mine yet, but I just put it together, now I need to get the ladder.
I have some very high windows and that is why I bought the Windex Outdoor.

I used mine yesterday and have no streaking or spots. Just folowed the directions on the package. I used a dust mop handle so I could reach my high windows.
Used my StarFiber micro mop to clean the insides.
Windows look so good, will have to finish up the rest of them this week.

Its a new product it hastn been out for years so maybe you are using something different. The new one works wonderfully ! I love it .

Oh, gosh, I just love it! It is important to rinse thoroughly. I've got to do a couple over because you can see the detergent bubbles & remaining dirt in streaks; I redid one & it's good. Best thing ever for glass deck rail.

I am also thinking of buying it.But i still need to be convinced. I have really really high windows. I am concerned about the height .

As long as the hose reaches the windows and you can get the Windex Outdoor to reach, it will work great! I had to add an "extension" to the pole. The handle of the pole has a hole with threads for screwing in another pole. It reached my windows, equal to second story.

Well I didn't have the luck some of you did. I used it a couple months ago. Yes, it cleaned the windows but left horrible spots behind. And yes, I rinsed and rinsed. A couple weeks ago DH power washed the siding part of the house (brick and siding) using Krud Kutter for houses. He sprayed the windows too. They dried MUCH clearer!

There is an earlier Outdoors Windex that comes in a green bottle that a hose can be attached to. It's not the one with the pole that is new. I do use the green bottle - just bought one on sale at Lowes. I wet them down with water, then use the windex, use squeegie, then rinse really well. Wipe down with either microfiber cloth or paper towels.

I get terrible spotting after I rinse. If I have to use a squeegee I don’t understand why I would need this stuff? Just get window cleaner made for use with a squeegee that has a microfiber pad on the backside.
