I have a lovely, thick pile darker brown carpet in my master bedroom, which is only about 14x14. Dark brown amish furniture by way of a large dresser, night stand and head board that is slatted. I really want to incorporate some sea blues, etc --touch of green in them...and will be painting next week. Unfortunately DH says he does not want the walls blue so I am trying to find a neat design that shows, dark furniture, dark floor and then maybe light tan walls and blue accents...anyone have ideas?
