Good morning! Kathleen, I saw this post yesterday and clicked over to your blog, then got interrupted and didn't get back over here to comment. ;o(

How fun that you got to meet another blogger! Loved how you said you met for lunch and "four hours later"----. That's what happens when you meet someone who shares an interest that you do. ;o) I have visited her blog a few times too--with a title like "The Tablescaper", how could I stay away??????

And you got to meet up with a long time friend on another day--you've been busy in a good way. Good for you! Pretty tablescape too. Isn't it interesting how something as simple as a different color napkins can make such a big difference in the looks of a tablescape. Loved seeing your's with green and then with pink.

Thanks for sharing.

Luvs

Hey, the same thing happened to me! LOL I get lost "reading all about it".
I especially liked learning about LI. I will probably never get to see it, so I love to find out about it from someone who lives there. It's the next best thing to being there.

The dishes and what you do with them are the icing on the cake!

Betty

Thank you Luvs, and Betty..
Betty, glad you liked the geog lesson!
LI is a wonderful place to live, but I guess every place has its good points and beauty.
It is all what we get used to, and as I have never lived anywhere but here ( 4 yrs in Ohio for college, 1 in Philadelphia area for Grad school) I don't have much to go on! :)

Kathleen, lovely tablescapes! The one on top ~ the featured one with a beach theme~ especially caught my attention. It's wonderful!
I must have missed the hoopla, what happened to your blog and what's this about a dating service?

It's fixed..but what a pain..
Through one of the widgets, which is a feature you can add, like counters, maps of your visitors, etc..a dating service was redirecting anyone who came to my blog to their site.
I was getting emails from people who follow my blog saying they couldn't get on!
It took many hours sleuthing, and finally had to remove anything that had java script, and start all over...
Creeps!
