Both plates are very pretty. Now you will need to be on the lookout for some solid color placemats for the first plate. A nice green or blue/purple color would really make it pop. I love the raised design in your white dishes. Luvs

I love the milk glass plate! Is it like a dip and chip??so pretty!

Love the plates, espec the milk glass set..Very pretty.
Tomorrow I'm off to a Huge Estate Sale..and on Sat, to the Annual Stormville Airport Flea Market!! I'm hoping to find
SOMETHING as good as you ladies!! I've got dish envy...LOL

You go girl! Hope you find lots of goodies so you can post pics for us to enjoy! Luvs

Sno, great finds! Is the milk glass one a teacup with a place on the plate for it? I've seen those before and they are so nice for a little luncheon on the plate with your tea.

DD

Sno, the milkglass is gorgeous. Besides, that color is perfect for you. LOL.

Slinkey, you just gave me a serious case of shopping envy.
Boy I bet you find some cool stuff. Take your camera just in case you see something we might "need" to see. LOL

hugs, Karen

dining delight, yes those plates have the spot on the plate for the tea cup. I think they look like tea party or lunch with the girls style plates. I have picked up several of them at the thrift stores. Paid $1.50 for the plates and 49 cents for the tea cups.

luvstocraft,
I have some circular place mats that are pinkish purple to use with the grape style plates. I only bought 2 plates and 2 placemats so will use them when it's just DH and me. If you look closely there is a pinkish tint on the plates near the leaf design toward the center of the plate.

When I'm all organized I will post pictures.

slinkey, hope you find some great purchases and post pictures please.
