Just want to find out how many others have to watch their builder and make sure they doing everything needed for your construction and closing. Recently I found out that my builder did not schedule the appraisal by the lender for the closing scheduled in 5 days. Luckily scheduled it in time for closing today myself. Last week I was at the house while the site supervisor was there and asked him when the decorative glass for my master bath was going to arrive and he said he would get back to me. A few minutes later I heard him downstairs ordering the glass.
