electric range experiences/recommendations

We are trying to decide on a free standing electric range with convection oven under $1500. Been boggled by the number of choices. Could anyone share their experiences - good or bad, please?

I was also looking at freestanding electric ranges in this price range. I wound up with a Samsung induction range that I got as a floor model that was less than the other models I was considering. The convection oven is awesome, so if you want to consider the regular Samsung smoothtop electric, that might be an option as. The oven is very quiet when the convection is on.

I also considered GE profile, Kenmore elite, and Kenmore model 97453, and Frigidaire Gallery. Some of these are double oven, not sure if you want that. I also love the GE Cafe, but it's definitely pricier, though has that pro look.
