Tiny Bath question (long)

Hi. I am new to the bath forum, but post regularly in kitchens and decorating. I posted a bath layout question this morning over in decorating and remodeling, but realized I should be asking the bath experts so here goes (sorry if you've already seen this).

I hate our guest bathroom. It doubles as our powder room, is located off of the family room, and has our only side door in it. Our laundry is located next to the guest bath in a very deep closet, 42" from the back of the closet to the inside of the drywall framing for the closet doors. The laundry closet is sandwiched between the guest bath and a wet bar that we use only for storing the things that belong in the laundry room but won't fit in the laundry closet (paper towels, cleaning supplies, light bulbs, cleaning items, etc.). The wet bar is about 2 feet deep, and there is an additional 4 feet from the wet bar to the front of the stairs going up to the kids' rooms. I would like to swap the laundry and the bathroom locations, making the current bathroom into a laundry/mudroom and incorporating the wet bar/stair area to make a long skinny bathroom -- 3 1/2' X 12' -- which would need to include a toilet, sink, and shower or tub. The hallway where the laundry closet is now is wide -- 4' at its narrowest point -- to accommodate the laundry machines and closet doors.

My thinking is that I could put the toilet on one end of the room, a shower on the other end and a small wall mount sink in the center. Bathroom door would swing out into the hallway.

I found a cute little wall-mount sink with an integral towel bar on the Kohler site that is only 12'' deep.

There is nothing except attic crawl space above the laundry closet right now so we would add a skylight or solar tube to provide natural light. I could improve storage with a recessed medicine cabinet mirror, a glass shelf over the sink, a floating cabinet over the loo, robe hooks on the door, and a double towel bar on one wall.

Do these dimensions sound unreasonably tight (keep in mind the room would be primarily a powder room, but with a shower for the occasional grandparent visit) or does this sound doable?

Here's my draft floor plan (sorry, it's sideways and chicken-scratch).
