“We had the bedrooms, livingroom and the our hallways done with Advantage Flooring. Our house is a older flip with some interesting features including extra wide floors board with inlay work and a hallway medallion. Jay Behl and his team were extremely professional in giving design suggestion, putting in the flooring and covering the window seats in each room. We recieve lots of compliment on the floor and even more with the window seats as the were completed with precision. Estimating the wood was a bit off, watching the installers I found near zero waste after the bedrooms were done (perhaps the house layout, quality of wood or the awesome installers). Working with Jay we creatively purchased more wood (same height and width), accepted the risk he highlighted and had the installers put in two colors of wood. We now have light maple in our hallway with border of expresso maple. The livingroom has a keystone design in the corners (matching a older section of the house). Brilliantly done with almost no squeaks, no buckling/fringe or movement, especially in the room that is half in the old part of home. Love the artistry, the blend of new and existing, and quality of work!”
