We hear so many horror stories about home renovations, but none of that with Louis L’artisan. From start to finish, everything went smoothly: from user-friendly planning supported by computer software, easy selection of materials thanks to varied samples, work performed meticulously, schedule adhered to, friendly, professional and attentive staff and contractors. We are totally pleased with our new kitchen and impressed with the professionalism of the entire Louis L’artisan team.

I found Cayman construction on this website. I I hired cayman construction to get my plumbing needs. I was promised a 60 days warranty. When the shower tower leaked in my kitchen, from day 1 but discovered 2 weeks after I was told that the product was defective while really it was the supply line that was not tightened. I now have to get my hardwood fixed in the kitchen repaint my new kitchen ceiling and walls, had to remove wet drywall. Repaint my office and reinstall my wall paper as that got damaged and repaint my room in the basement. He also tried to charge me for drywall repairs. And when he left he said he would take the shower tower????? Why would he want a defective product? Beware!!!!! I now live in a mess and trying to get things fixed correctly!

After doing a partial bathroom reno with Tanya and DBK several years ago, we knew who to turn to for our full kitchen reno. Tanya was able to listen to our thoughts and ideas for our needs and wants for our kitchen and made it a dream kitchen reality that exceeded our expectations. She was attentive, patient and practically psychic when designing our kitchen. She truly listened and understood our style and wants and needs and then curated all the choices for the finishes for us, and made a complicated process seem almost simple and easy. My wife and I were extremely happy with the work DM Flooring Pro Inc completed, carpet removal and installation of hardwood flooring in 2 rooms. They were able to match the color of the new flooring to the hardwood flooring in the main living space. DiDi and his team work well together. DiDi kept us well informed throughout the project and responded to any of our questions promptly. We would highly recommend them for your flooring needs.

He is the best tile master there is, both for the price and the quality of his job. He is the most meticulous contractor I've ever worked with. We had some broken tiles in the kitchen that are 10 years old. Due to color mismatch issue, he removed the old intact tiles from under the carpet, and installed the old ones into the visible area to blend the color and installed the new ones under the carpet. Who walks that extra mile now a days?! and his work on backsplash with a difficult tile pattern was amazing. I recommend him to everyone, of course if you can find his availability because he is on high demand.

We hired Kovar contracting a second time as our first experience with them -our dream kitchen- was excellent! Adam and Ben have updated our 2 bathrooms to make them accessible, modern, and sleek!! We had new floors and baseboards installed just before the holidays. We are delighted with the results! We had no trouble choosing the flooring we wanted as there were lots of excellent choices available. Nino was very honest, thorough and upfront about explaining the process and any complications we might run into. We found the pricing very realistic. We're particularly impressed with the installers - who had a very tough job working around a lot of heavy furniture that we were unable to remove. They were patient cheerful and totally professional throughout the whole process. The product is excellent and the workmanship exceptional. Thanks so much!!!

Brett and Luc were prepared, professional and organized when working in our home. They were respectful of our space and it was clear from start to finish that they treated this project as though they were working in their own homes. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship was second to none. They also made creative suggestions to help us determine how to achieve our project objectives to the point that they custom built 2 elements for the renovation that we would never have thought of on our own. We required a relatively small drywall job during our kitchen renovations to have a bulkhead installed above the cabinets. Pat was outstanding from start to finish with the quality of his work and attention to detail. He ensured that the work area was cleaned up after and that we were completely satisfied. His prices were more than reasonable too. We would certainly use him again for any other projects around our home.

Micel Flooring was hired to refinish the floors in 4 bedrooms in my house where I have lived since 1975. The floors in some rooms were done many years ago, some were never done and were in pretty bad shape. The owner and the staff of this company were extremely courteous, punctual, clean und efficient. They finished the job in the allocated time, were extremely thorough and even came back on the weekend to complete their tasks. They cleaned everything up every evening although I had told them it was not necessary but they wanted to keep the interruptions to a minimum. The floors are now immaculate, and the results exceed my high expectations. I highly recommend this company.

We had an ensuite bathroom complete make-over done last year by Westend and were so pleased we got them to finish our basement with two rooms and a bathroom a year later. Both times they were more than professional with first class workmanship. The crew would arrive every day and were pleasant to have in the house. The project was well managed and we were kept informed as they went along. A real plus with Westend is that you only visit one showroom, get guidance choosing your products and then leave it to them to order and make sure everything is delivered on time.
