All of your placesettings are beautiful, but I love this plate...chip and all!! Is it Johnson Bros.? Looks like it might be....
Thank you for posting all the pretty things!

Yes, that is what it says on the back. Friendly Village must be the design name. Is that valuable?? I don't know much about Johnson Brothers.

lovely plate sno...I love those old scenes and this one and it's color, is especially pretty. I just picked up a plate a week ago, at a flea market...it too is a Johnson Bros..called Tulip Time. When it comes down to having a'label'. I usually end up buying it > b/c it's a pretty one that I can't resist >(no willpower) it 'Grabbed Me'!! b/c I'm usually very helpless! lol

I checked eBay for information. They had a set of 4 'bread n butter' plates in the Friendly Village listed at 7.99. There sure are a lot of patterns by the Johnson Bros.
Ranging from $2 up to $20 on eBay.

Your plate is really pretty, Sno.

hugs, Karen

I googled it and guess my pattern is Friendly Village the well. Didn't know I had a collectible. I just bought it for the pretty scene. Hope more of them show up at the thrift store.
