Door with storage shelving.....

Hoe do you open this door? I don't see any knob or handle? Do you use a regular flat panel door?

    It appears the hinges with offset pivot point like this http://www.hardwaresource.com/hinges/DOOR+HINGES/Invisible+Hinges+and+Soss+Hinges/Heavy+Duty+Rack+and+Pinion+Pivot+Set can only open the door about 105 degree. How do you solve the problem with door stop at 105 degree so the hinges are safe?

      the bookcase is on special bookcase hardware, which makes it very easy to open, all you need to do is pull gently on any shelf and the door will open.
