We've been in the house a week and I recently noticed (we'd had cardboard down to protect the floors when the movers were here) that there are two large scratches on the brand new hardwood floors in front of the refrigerator. The builder installed the refrigerator and the kitchen and apparently

scratched the floors, but didn't tell me.

The scratches are as wide as the fridge (apart) and as long as the fridge. It looks like instead of picking it up, he just slide it out...both scratches are about 36 inches long.

What to do? Mention it? Demand a repair (can it be repaired?)? Or just live with it and chock it up to "these things happen"?
