Here's Dollbaby who sits by the buffet ~~ w/her tray'scape & all decked out for Halloween!

Old Father time .... passes so quickly ...
A fave on my buffet ... this old clock that once belonged to my hubby's gr'parents ... we've had it here for 25+ yrs ... such a treasure!

Old Tom Turkey still has a 'caged' spot on the buffet this year .... he's a twin to Jane's! The runner is multi-colored leather weaved that I found on vacation a few yrs back .... all the Fall colors of nature.

One more ... full wide-angle daylight bright view of the dining room area ... whoops, I see I forgot to add the faux grasses & such to that basket on the wall .... ;-)

Jeanne, I decided it was time to take a peek at this forum to see what you gals had been up to and was so pleased to see your post. Your decorating pics always look and feel so homey, I love them. Needless to say, I was impressed that you are still displaying the blocks!

Feel like I've been in limbo for the last few years, but starting to feel somewhat alive again and wanting to get back into my crafting/painting.

I'll try to start coming by more often to enjoy all the talented sweet ladies on here.

Get such a warm feeling of Home. Everything is so cozy and inviting..that makes me want to just sit and enjoy the surroundings.
Doll Baby is a Lucky little Soul to be in the middle of it All.. so loved and well taken care of!
BTW...Sleepy Hollow is an Old Stomping Ground of mine...as a teenager, it was 'The Thing To Do' to drive thru the Sleepy Hollow Cemetery at dusk,

There in the Fall and around Christmastime to Washington Irving's Home...all decorated for,the Holidays...Last year we went to the Old Dutch Church At Night ..to listen to 'A Storyteller' re-enact ..by candlelight...The Legend Of Sleepy Hollow...I think you would have loved it .

& today I got to be outside for a few hours with some volunteers ... my dear hubby & I cut branches from our pines & collected cones & decorated some of the flower urns in our small town but this old green wagon @ the Heritage Park garden lots ... we also put up the barnwood tree there today ... removed frozen pumpkins, gourds & mush since it's been freezing temps for a few weeks now ! So, Winter decor came early! ~~Jeanne

I need you to come and work on my property once I'm in my new home..

We went & picked out a tree today & saw this guy there .... on Thanksgiving the weather was in the low teens ... today we got up to 45 ...so decided it was the day (early!) to get the tree! Back to the deep freeze tomorrow ... ~~Jeanne
