Mine came in a fairly plain box (can't remember if it was white or just plain brown cardboard) with a Miele sticker on it. But it did have the manuals and warranty card and another piece of paper (orange I think) re the finish-that it had been inspected but to report any flaws etc immediately and not to install.

I also called Miele and they indicated it was in a somewhat plain box and wanted to send me all the documentation. the warranty card is important due to the promo for pots/knives requires a copy of the warranty card.
