One last Fall table

I've really enjoyed everyone's Fall decor this year, and almost hate to have to put mine away.

Thought I'd do one last table for this season. It's just a table for two and I reused my brown/cream plates and just used items I already had on display in the living/dining area. And of course, the cute acorn plates had to make one more appearance (love them, Betty).

See that cute little plate at the front of the grouping? That was a very sweet surprise from my sweet friend, Karen. She said she saw it on Etsy and just knew I needed to add it to my acorn collection. I feel so blessed with such wonderful friends.

    Luvs,

Happy Thanksgiving and your table looks beautiful. Great job, putting it together. I love your plate that says "Count Blessings" so true. TFS, Punk

Your setting so pretty. I love the placemats especially.
And the center-piece grouping is wonderful, the height you got as well as the soft colors all just really appeal to me. (what a nice surprise to see the acorn plate in a place of honor!).

Like you, I kind of hate to put my Fall decor away. I've especially enjoyed it this year with everyone Pheasant Hunting and jumping on the Acorn Train. LOL. Along with SOOOO many pretty tables and decor.

This was the first time I did my Fall decorations early...
literally the FIRST day of Fall. Usually I pull them out right after Halloween then moan about the short time to enjoy them. I really, really love the colors of Fall and how the house looks decorated. By doing it the end of Sept, then just adding and removing the Halloween stuff easily, made it even better. Now I think I'm ready for Christmas decorating. (wish my body was, LOL).

Luvs, you set such pretty tables and I'm so proud of how far you've come with this.

    hugs, Karen

    Very Pretty Luvs..
Glad you got to do another table before it's time to put it all away. I swear each season is just flying by much too quickly.

That plate that Karen sent you is lovely and looks so nice as a grouping on your table. Of course your acorn plates go perfectly with everything too. I like how your brown placemats look against the white tablecloth and then using the brown napkins with the orange floral napkin rings, adds a nice contrast.

Well...before we know it, everything Brown & Orange here..will be turning into Red & Green!! Are you ready??
    lol

So much eye candy Luvs! I love the apothecary jarÂand donÂt you have leaves and berries at the top? Very pretty! Your plate is perfect with the setting and how sweet of your friend to think of you when she saw it. I also like the flower napkin ring.

Thanks everyone--I think I've enjoyed the Fall decor more this year than any other too Karen. And your gift fit right in with my centerpiece idea perfectly--thank you again for your thoughtfullness and friendship.

Jane, my pictures really are coming out lousy on here. That tablecloth is actually a soft gold but in the picture it looks white. On my camera and on my computer, the picture looks sharp and clear but when I transfer it to Photobucket and then here, they look a bit lighter and "fuzzy". I think I will try enhancing the contrast of each one next time and see if that helps. After I looked at the pictures, I thought "why didn't I scatter leaves over the table to bring more color from the centerpiece out to the plates/napkin rings?" Oh well, I'll try to remember to do that next year!

DG, yes, there's some leaves and a ribbon bow at the top of the apotocary jar, I'm just not a very good photographer and didn't get it all in like I should have!

Jeanne, I'm so glad you came over to play with us here too. You can "play" both places you know. ;o) Even after all this time, I am just amazed at all the pretty things these ladies have shared, and they arrange things in such pretty ways that it looks like they belong in a magazine. I'll be looking forward to the pics you share, and can't wait for all the Christmas pics to start being posted as well.

Awww Luvs, that's so sweet to have a friend add to your tablescape. It just makes you feel the warmth. I love that tablescape too, and all the elements you put together. I think the tablescape that JudithVA posted and this one show two distinctively different styles; both so well done!
