hutch top

Again, I used inexpensive garland and silver wired ribbon and added crystal type ornies.

right now these are pics sent from my phone to email and then transferred to photobucket. I can see my lens needs cleaning...need to read my digital camera book and get with the program. The old digital that takes 8 pics (have been using that for years) is on my old computer that is soooooo slow.

I'm just loving all these bead swags this year--I've never used them before, guess I need to get "with it". Your hutch top looks really nice, very full and lush. And I always love all the crystal type ornaments.
Now I'm wanting to see your dishes too. They look pretty, but I can't quite make out the design. Hint hint. Luvs

That's really pretty Two! You did a great job of swagging the loops.

Like Luvs commented, I'm also loving all the bead swags. I've bought a bunch on sale. Especially the pearl-looking ones at Dollar Tree. I got the ivory, instead of the white, for my wall tree. But I've bought colorful ones too. I imagine there are a lot of different ideas you can use them to decorate with.

I keep telling myself the ONLY after-Xmas stuff I'm buying this time will be garland and picks!! I've got more than enough other stuff, and need to knock off wanting everything. Gosh tho, that is so hard. LOL.

Karen, you are sooo right! Seeing everyone's pretty decorations and collections gives me a bad case of the "I wants" as my little GD would say. ;o)

I mainly decorate the living/dining room, a touch in the kitchen and family room and just a tad in the guest bath. I really could do more in some areas--but those storage bins take up allot of room!

I'm also trying to figure out what items I need to keep in a separate bin so I can use them for other decorating during the year instead of just at Christmas. Things like beads, cherubs, topiary type trees, glittery picks, etc. could be used on tablescapes and vignettes.

There are just so many wonderful decorations out there, I'm like a kid in a candy store when I go looking at some of the stores.

loving all the swags too - that is so pretty twomonths

Luvs - I have the same problem - I have a lot of berry, grapevines and woodsy type stuff that I can use all year round. I am fortunate to have a large attic space over a two car garage that is large enough for an efficiency apartment so there is plenty of headroom under the eves also - my dream is to set up a table/workstation where I can make up arrangements up there and have access to all my garlands, beading, ect. Our climate is mild enough that I can pretty much work there year round .....

    ok luvs, here you go.

bottom says "Countryside" Enoch Wedgwood (Tunstall) LTD, Unicorn pic, England Trade Mark Founded in 1835

there are more pieces in the bottom of the hutch that belong to the other DD but I think they are a mixed bunch of pics and names.
