ha ha ha, sad isn't it, but NOPE

Yes it's truly sad, none here either.

Frankly, I get sick of the holidays by new years and don't want to do a thing. I used to go skiing on NYD, it was great because you had the slopes to yourself until at least noon when everyone else's hangovers finally cleared. Now we live nowhere near good skiing.

Last night DH and I went out to dinner and then came home and watched TV- sort of- I kept falling asleep (too much working). We had no desire to be on the roads with the drunk drivers, especially in the rain, especially in NC where people drive like idiots even in the best conditions.

We don't go out either we don't trust the other drivers. WE just stayed at home. We over at my neice's house for new years dinner. It was nice. We are suppose to get 6 to 8 inch's of snow tonight and it is all ready snowing. I live in Columbia Missouri. We even had snow christmas eve and chistmas day. Then we had about 5 inch's of snow i think.
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERY ONE. Hope that every one has a good year.

Well... I guess I can stop feeling guilty about the lack of tradition in OUR family, LOL.

New calendar to put up and we do like the "first foot" tradition for luck.
