are those flowers made from ribbon?

how'd you do them?

They are so easy. You have to use wired ribbon. I made my pleats 2 1/4" long. There is a bead between each pleat. Hope this helps.

Tis the season !!

They are all beautiful, but I don't understand how you made either of them. Guess I'm the type of person who needs someone to "show" me how.

Those ribbon flower ones would be darling on packages too. I get the accordian pleating the ribbon, but not how you added the beads. And on the beaded ones, I don't see what's holding the bead at the end on.

Glad you figured them out and had fun making them. They turned out great.

Luvs

Thanks Luvs. I understand, it took me awhile to "get it" also. I will try to take pictures of how I do them tonight....step by step. You will have fun making them.

Kim,
Thanks for the directions for the ribbon flowers - I saw them from your previous post and really liked them. Your tree looks gorgeous and the chair too. :)

Ooohhh! I like them to. They would be great for next year.. please explain the snowflakes as well.

Love them! Such a neat idea!

Those are so pretty. I haven't done the beaded snowflakes in more years then I want to remember.

Love the other ones also. Looks like you must sew the beads on. I will await your instructions because I do have lots of ribbon as I stink at making bows but keep trying.

calicocat1967, Thank you so much for the directions!!! I couldn't figure out how you got the centers on them.
