Evelyn, this santa is very close to what I remember. The only difference is the beard had individual skeins stretched out,not cut or curled. I think I can make my own from this. Cut a hat from red felt, also a white face, then attach the white yarn. It will give me someting to do in JKanuary, after all the holiday hubbub is over.
