It looks nice. Don't know about stacking plates. I think yours looks good but maybe if you added some small ornaments with it to make it look a little fuller. Love the vase and poppy bowl.

Looking at your stacking plates again and I think maybe it is the white beads. I think if you got purple or blue or maybe both.

My suggestion is to raise your tree up on a small stand of some kind, so it's not mostly hidden by the couch in the corner. If you don't have a small table or stand, you could cover a cardboard box in gold or silver wrapping paper & use it to raise up the tree.

By the way, I really like the tree, have never seen one os those that big & with lights.

I think your stacking plates could use some white (garland or ?)as filler in between the ornies, since it sits on a white table.

Thanks for the suggestions DD and yatcher. I have to make a trip to target today - I will have to look for garlands. I am afraid of garlands so I dont even bother checking them out in the stores usually! :)

Yatcher, do you mean tinsel kind of garland? Or more beads? And you are right about the tree being hidden by the couch - I was afraid it would get too tall if I raise it up. And the nutcracker guy would look even more lonely. LOL. Note to self - get some more nutcrackers this year.

I love your colors. I agree that a small table would be good...or a box wrapped like a present. If it's big enough you could put the nutcracker on it as well.

On the stacked plates... the middle one needs a little something on the right side.. Otherwise it looks lovely to me... but I am a wana be myself. Thanks for sharing your wonderful pictures.
