Need help rethinking fridge

We have a 9x16 Brooklyn, NY kitchen in a small 1925 house. (I'd post photos but I've tried several times and it says 'message rejected' so I must be doing something wrong...and how do you post multiple photos like I always see here???).

In order to get our kitchen sink under a window, we've had to abandon the counter-depth 351/2" wide french door Kitchenaid and focus on a fridge that's no wider than 30" and no deeper than 31" max. Height doesn't matter. Meaning we'll be getting 18cf and up. Ok by us. We have an old White Westinghouse that's 17.9 cf. As long as it is energy star rated and has an icemaker and works well, I'll consider it (and is stainless - since the stove and dw will be also.) Trouble is, not sure what's well regarded in this. It looks like if we convert back to the basic top freezer style, we'll get more fridge. (I need less freezer because we have a standing freezer in the basement). I had hoped for a bottom freezer (tired of bending for the veggies at the bottom) but the trade-off to have the sink under the window and not under a raised cabinet means more to us than convenience of freezer.

Here's what I came up with as an assortment. All well within budget (we're going to save money here which will be applied to the Raven Ceasarstone we finally decided upon).

Just using that link becase of the compare feature.

REALLY NEED HELP HERE. Is the Frididaire Pro a good fridge?

Many thanks and happy holiday weekend. I'll check back here a lot (since we're cleaning out the basement in anticipation of the 1/2 bath going down there.)
