Could you put in a Sharp under- the- cabinet microwave and insulate the bottom somehow from range heat? It's 24 inches.

Never knew such a thing existed. I've seen Sharp under-the-cabinets 24"w microwaves, and GE and Whirlpool had 24"w MWs that could be mounted underneath cabinets (only 21"w for the Whirlpool), but none of those had a built-in exhaust fan so they weren't suited for being placed over a stovetop. Look for a used/reconditioned LG is all I can think of.

Aj Madison has an lg 22".

Sorry it didn't link....I found it doing a search, but the AJ Madison website doesn't show it. It said it was for a RV motor home. Maybe that will help you find one. Otter.

and came up with this source.
AJ Madison is very reputable.
The MW looks a lot like yours, so it might work.

INFO FOR THOSE CONCERNED ABOUT CLEARANCE BETW, OTR BOTTOM + RANGETOP:
Over the Range Microwaves and Advantiums:
Over the range microwaves require a minimum 66" mounting height from floor to top of the micro. The 66" from the floor dimension will allow approximately 13"-16" between the cooktop and the bottom front of the microwave.
All current over the range microwaves can be installed over gas cooking products up to and including 5 burner stoves. As long as the 66" minimum from the floor to the top of the microwave is followed there will be no performance or warranty problem. This includes Advantium ovens and convection microwaves.

Note: Over-the-range microwaves and Advantiums should not be installed above any range or cooktop that has a combined BTU rating over 60,000 BTUS, not including the oven/broiler BTUs.

Got a condotel needing 24 wide micro or redesign cabinetry for 30. Haier makes one, height 20”, Avanti height 17. GE makes 24 wide range but no matching micro.
