Hi all - we are redoing the kitchen on a house DH and I just purchased. We will use a GE 36" gas cooktop, and would like a 42" range hood. We are doing a "Chevrolet" kitchen - nice, functional, etc. not a "Mercedes" kitchen, but not a "Yugo" kitchen either. What are some good low-to mid-priced range hoods that would work well, i.e., not too noisy, sufficient cfms, good quality, etc.
