“We bought a small property in the region and completely redesigned and renovated our kitchen, Being from a large city, we had our doubts about the availability of product and people resources to help us get the finished product we desired. We had a fantastic experience at Coakley High Peaks ACE. While they do not have thousands of choices, what they have is excellent. We found quality kitchen cabinets and Carol Urquhart was tremendously knowledgeable about everything. She was instrumental in helping finalize our design and made 100% sure that all the details were correct. When one small piece of the overall kitchen came in made wrong at the factory, she jumped right in and made sure that they quickly remade and sent the corrected cabinet. She had obviously developed a professional relationship with the company such that they are responsive to her requests to them. We were amazed that she was on top of every detail, large or small in our order. We felt we HAD TO stop by the store at the end of the renovation to thank her personally. We love our new kitchen and everyone compliments us on it and wants to know where we got the cabinets. Beyond this, we like the store itself. Interestingly, they employ a number of women who all seem to be amazingly good at what they do. Never seen a hardware store like it!”

“I would highly recommend Dovetail Designs! We wanted to do a complete kitchen remodel but didn't have a clear vision of what we were looking for. Jenny came to our house and spent a considerable amount of time with us going over what we wanted in a kitchen and asked questions about our cooking style, etc. She then set to work on developing a kitchen design for us which truly turned out incredible and put all of our ideas into a true vision. Even after we had settled on a plan, Jenny would take additional time to work on the design to find even more ways to perfect it. The end result was a beautiful, well designed kitchen that far exceeded our expectations!”

We were really impressed with how we were able to share our ideas and troubleshoot with the plans of our kitchen remodel. Erica was able to listen to our idea and show us a kitchen floor plan that we were not able to figure out by ourselves. She helped us come up with a plan that incorporated all of our dreams for the perfect kitchen.
She was able to give us examples of products and appliances as well as ideas of where to look for all the different elements needed to build our dream kitchen.
She was very professional and organized. She was here on the job to help with the day to day project issues when necessary and ready and available to figure out problems if they arose.

“Annette impressed us right off the bat with her listening skills and rapid understanding of just what we wanted for our 1924 bungalow kitchen restoration project. She steered us clearly in the way we wanted to go but also was not afraid to nudge us back on track if a few of our own ideas were not the best way to proceed. Annette went above and beyond what we expected of her. The result is a perfectly designed and stunningly beautiful kitchen with custom made quarter sawn oak mission style cabinets, Cambria quartz countertops, Italian floor tiles, excellent storage and work space, etc. We now find ourselves wanting to cook and stay in instead of going out, and the raves about our kitchen from friends and family continue.

“When we made the decision to remodel our 1980’s, outdated, small, inefficient mauve and pink kitchen, we contacted Matt Welsh at Bouchard-Pierce to tackle the task.
From our first meeting with Matt and all those that followed, he was a pleasure to work with. We were impressed with his creative design ideas, helpful suggestions, and his knowledge of the products Bouchard-Pierce carry. His challenge aside of modernizing our kitchen was to gain more kitchen space using the existing area, make it efficient, and somehow incorporate the top of a free standing butcher’s block made for me by my grandfather somewhere into the counter space. He exceeded our expectations while staying within what we had budgeted. We were excited with the Medallion hickory cabinetry, Cambria quartz counter-top, Vermont soapstone sink and appliances we ended up choosing with his guidance.
In addition to his design expertise, he was patient while decisions were being made, was prompt in returning phone calls and emails, met deadlines, and deliveries arrived when he said they would. We had some adjustments that needed to be made to the appliances after installation, however, they were no fault of Matt's and the service department at Bouchard-Pierce made the necessary trips needed to correct the issues.
This was our first experience using Bouchard-Pierce and we would certainly recommend Matt Welsh and Bouchard-Pierce to those interested in a kitchen design update or appliances. We are delighted with the results.”

“KBD was recommended to us by our contractor. He spoke very highly of their work and their location was close to our home, so we decided to shop there first. We met with Ali White, who was very welcoming! We talked extensively about our renovation and our expectations, and we set a budget. Ali worked very hard to make sure we got the kitchen we wanted, while staying within that budget. In addition to helping us choose cabinets and countertops and developing the overall kitchen design, she made wonderful design recommendations on the details too, like paint color, cabinet hardware, etc.
The installation went very smoothly as well. All cabinets fit perfectly and were beautiful. We LOVE LOVE LOVE our new kitchen! I would wholeheartedly recommend KBD and would be happy to talk to anyone considering a kitchen renovation. We not only have a new, beautiful kitchen, but new friends in Ali & Becky White!”
