Master Bathroom Layout Help

I've attached a copy of my master bath layout. The location of her closet and wanting the bathroom entrance near the entrance to the master bedroom has caused design challenges. Does anyone see any problems with the layout. Any suggestion or comments are appreciated.

the "woman" to go in her master closet has to walk all way from the bathroom to the man closet and then reach her closet?

I design contemporary baths.. for example i will not have the shower enclosure in walls I will prefer have open and have glasses only.

It seems like a long and winding road to her closet. Since his closet isn't really that big (and thus a less-than-perfect use of space), I think I'd opt for using "his closet" to make the bathroom a little bigger, then the narrow doorway would open into a shared closet. That would allow for a bigger shower (I hate being cramped when showering).

Ok..someone please calm me down...since when is a 5 foot by almost 5 ft shower (as in this case)"cramped?"

We're designing an upcoming bath remodel and I'd die for a shower that big. Please, is a 5 x 5 shower considered small?

lschroeder...I too believe that it is is a bit cumbersome to walk through one closet to get to the other...but it also looks like her closet is an entire room that you're taking over for a closet (is this a remodel?)...so it may be your best option...however, what is that room to the left of her closet, the room that leads into her closet?

Oops, sorry for the heart attack, slc. You're right, the shower is plenty big; when I typed that message I was going off of memory and just remember it being in that corner. I wasn't referencing the dimensions.

I would still rearrange to avoid the "long walk".

Thanks for all of the comments. This is a new construction. The room to the left of "her closet" is the laundry room. I really like the idea of having the closets attached to the laundry room. We really wanted the master bedroom - bathroom in the front of the house. Due to the layout there was not enough room for one large closet as part of the master bathroom, so that's why "her closet" ended up in a strange place. I agree that it's a bit cumbersome. The only other good suggestions that I've received, is to have the opening to the closet near the entrance to the bedroom as shown in the attachment or to eliminate his closet and have one shared closet, which the DH does not like.
