Wolf cooktop problem

My 36" Wolf gas cooktop was installed today. The gas fitter installed in and noticed it was sitting flush on all 4 corners. The side with the controls is slightly raised.

We check the countertop to see if it was level and it was.

I think the steel is warped.

Anyone has this problem before???

Depending how the cooktop was handled in the installation, the top skin may have been twisted. Attaching hold-down brackets on each of the 4 corners should remedy the problem.

I was there when the cooktop was installed, handled with the upmost care. Its only popping up slightly in one corner, but I know it will drive me crazy if crumbs etc get under there.
The appliance store said he would phone the rep.
We'll see what happens.
When you pay that amount of $$, it would be nice if it was perfect.
Any other suggestions??

The problem has been resolved.
The service company that deals with Wolf came and took alook. They determined that the top was warped and will be replacing the whole top of the cooktop. It will take 4 to 5 weeks. In the meantime, I can keep using the cooktop.
Now to fix the problem with my Whirlpool Convection wall oven not being in straight!!!!
