Emergency question regarding bathroom window

Having been inspired by Kitnguye, whose thread and pictures are still Google-cached in the link below, I went to the local Habitat for Humanity salvage store only to discover a ton of brand new Pella windows that had been sent over from the local Pella store. They're all brand new, never-been-unwrapped windows that were not purchased by the customer that ordered them for some reason. I don't think they're defective since they've not even been unwrapped enough to really inspect closely and because in some cases there are six identical windows that you can tell (from the sticker) that they were designated for the same job.

Anyway, they have a Pella window there that would look great above my tub. It is a 4 X 6 foot 'contour standard colonial ' with a wall depth of 4 9/16. It is a non-opening window just like the one that Kitnguy had, but without a mini-arch at the top. The price is $135. It has tempered glass, etc.

The window I currently have in that space is 4X2 and tilts out. It isn't big enough to climb through, so I can't imagine that there would be any building code implications to replacing it with a non-opening window.

I meet with my bathroom designer on Friday, but this window is going to be gone if I don't buy it today or tomorrow. Am I going to be able to use this? What is the usual price for a window like this?

Thanks in advance.
