Here is a sink backsplash that we completed (DIY project) a couple of weeks ago. (Do not get confused by the reflection in the medicine cabinet mirror in the upper left corner of the image.) The large tiles (with specular reflections from the camera's flash) are Senio Trapunta; the smaller tiles, also from Senio) are il Vetri glass tiles.

Looking past the fish (specifically a skate) tile on the step-over and the incipient mold on the silicone caulk near the door frame, the tile that we used for the floor of the shower is a Korean-made product with a rough surface. We have not needed a non-slip mat on the shower floor since installing the tile, and we feel more secure against slips than we ever did before installing that tile. (What looks like dirt on the white floor tiles IS dirt: I had gone inside the shower in my street shoes when the floor was wet in order to take some pictures inside.)
