An easy solution would be to change the tub from a corner one to a rectangle or oval one, freeing up more space on her side.

Thanks Julie. We thought of that first. However, you would be surprised that it doesn't really add that much space and makes tub entry difficult once you consider where the deck fixtures have to go...

I like the floorplan you posted first better than A, B, or C. If you do a pocket door to the toilet area, and you move it closer to the toilet, you could add floor to ceiling shallow storage on the wall that you'd be looking at if you were sitting on the toilet. Could be handy.

Food for thought - 60 inches is what is typically sold for a double sink in an average bathroom. So 66 inches is larger than it sounds, 73 inches is probably (realistically) more than any one really needs. 48 inches is the more generous "standard" for most single sink cabinets in the average bathroom as well. If your final drawing has everything on your wish list and the only thing you're sacrificing is a tiny bit of counter space when you already have more than what's considered standard, I wouldn't change it.
