Quarter round trim

I need to replace some broken quarter round trim tiles at the edge of the wall in my bathroom and I was looking for the right replacement piece.

I am not clear about the size of the trim that I need. I know that length of the old trim was 6". But how to measure correctly the width?

For example American Olean has quarter round trim size 3/4"x6".

How is 3/4" measured? From over the straight line from corner to corner or over the perimeter of the tile?
