Tall thin refrigerators?

We are designing our kitchen and currently we have about 41" from the wall to the first cabinet reserved for a refrigerator. The first cabinet is going to be a tall 15" slide out spice rack type cabinet. Next to that cabinet is a 15" counter with wall cabinet above it. Then the stove.

It occurs to me that if we reduced that 41" down at least 3" or maybe by 9" to a 32" opening we would have more counter space next the wall cabinet. (I am aware of the door clearance issue and will accept that we have to pull the refrigerator out of the opening when cleaning some pullout drawers.)

We've been looking at refrigerators in the $1500 - $2000 range, freezer on bottom, one or two refrigerator doors, no ice maker on the door, standard width of 36" to get into the 24 cu ft area. But we've got a bit more in the budget and could spend more on a fancy refrigerator if it got us some extra utility in the kitchen design. (In other words I'd like to think I am spending the extra bucks not to be trendy but for a real practical ergonomic reason.)

Besides the Miele KF 1801 Vi 30" Refrigerator-Freezer (Bottom Mount) (Integrated, right-hinge)

or the Sub-zero 700TC at 27"

are there any others I should be looking at? Both those refrigerators have relatively low capacity. Does anybody make refrigerator/freezers that are a bit deeper but with narrow width and extended height. My wife and I are kind of short but we don't mind reaching up, if the shelves are see through.
