Don't know a brand to recommend. Have one from my Grandmother's kitchen. Had stiff wire that screws on to bottom to hold blade in place... scrapes stuff off bottom once milled. Only thing I can think to consider is size??

The OXO GoodGrips brand has a food mill with interchangeable blades. Larger or smaller holes for different needs. Can go in the top rack of the dishwasher for easy clean up. My friend has one and swears by it. NancyLouise
